                   Level of Care: advanced first aid, emergency treatment such
                   as redressing wounds, giving morphine, antibiotics, blood
                   volume expanders and physician primary care.

                   predominantly initial resuscitative treatment and surgery,
                   plus provide routine care.
                   Transportation ecruirenents: helicopters/ground
                   vehicles/high line/small boat transfer


                   Types of Facilities: Casualty Receiving and Treatment Ships
                   (CRTS), Surgical Support Company (FMF), Hospital Ships and
                   Combat Zone Fleet Hospitals
                   Types of Providers: all levels covering the spectrum of
                   medical care

                   Level of Care: considered an interim care facility which is
   mobile and provides resuscitative care, is surgically
                   intensive, provides skilled specialty care, and a bed
                   capability which ranges from intensive care to moderate,
                   light and even self care.
                   Transportation Recruirements: helicopters/ground vehicles
                   small boat transfers
