             1.    @ Attached Point Paper will be used to prebrief the DCSOPS for
             the Tank Session on 16 Jan 91. The briefing to the DCSOPS will
             cover the status of the anthrax and botulinum vaccination program in
             the AOR, projected vaccine production, and stocks/distribution of
             the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin for the treatment of anthrax exposed
             service members. After this issue was briefed in the Tank Session
             on 21 Sep 90, 17 Oct 90, 2 Nov 90, 21 Nov 90, 30 Nov 90, and 11 Dec
             90, a decision was made during the last week of Dec 90 to initiate
             vaccination of service members in the AOR.

             2. (U) The final briefing on SAB to the Tank Session for 16 Jan 91
             is not available at this time.

             3. Request concurrence on point paper.
