          vaccines

          2. +a+ Colonel McCarty presented the briefing as to the current
          status regarding industrial capability to produce anthrax and
num toxin vaccines (briefing slides at oncl 1).
          3.       The official name for the vaccine Task Force will be
          known an "Project Badger."
          4.       Dr. Collis gave a list c! the amount of vaccine needed,
          the production dates, and the date reports are due to his office
          (encl 2). He also provided information concerning the population
          of Saudi @@,abia and its major cities. He stated that the vaccine
