            5   Dissemination of Results.    Laboratories will exchange

            results by secure communications as soon as available.

            Laboratories will also exchange written detailed reports

            documenting the results and test methodologies used in the

            analyses. Results from the other national laboratory will

            not be disclosed to other nations unless prior approval is

            given.

            6.  Responsibilities.   Each country is responsible for

            costs associated with sample transportation, analysis, and

            any other costs incurred during sample collection, handling,

            or disposition.

            7.  Implementation and Amendments.

                 a. This agreement shall enter into force on the date of

            signature.

                 b. The time of termination of this agreement shall be

            determined jointly by the two parties.

                 C. This agreement may be jointly reviewed by the two

            parties to this agreement at any time upon the request of one

            party, and it may be amended by mutual consent. Amendments

            shall be made in written form.

                 d. This agreement shall not affect bilateral or

            multilateral international agreements concluded earlier by or

            concerning the parties to this agreement.
