               1. The meeting took place on 26 November 1990 at the
               Headquarters Conference Room, Headquarters R and D Command, Ft.
               Detrick, MD.

               2. The attendees are listed at enclosed 1.

               3. The meeting was intended to be a frank discussion between
               the UK and US concerning technical issues related to
               unconventional warfare. Policy issues were not to be discussed.
