Task organization: Enclosure I
1. SITUATION:
A. Enemy Forces
(1) Level ONE threat - Possibility of terrorist activity, one
to four individuals. All bases are required to defend this
level without reinforcements.
(2) Level TWO threat - Iraq Special Operation Forces, four to
fifteen individuals. internal base security and base cluster
reactionary forces are required to defeat this threat.
(3) Level THREE threat - Iraqi company size or larger force.
The Tactical Combat Force (TCF) is required to defeat this
threat. Coordination for and control of the TCF rests with
the Base Cluster Operations Center, 226 Area Support Group.
B. Friendly Forces
(1) Base Reaction Forces
(2) Base Cluster Quick Reaction Team, Base Cluster Foxtrot,
4410 OSW operational Support Wing, 50th Security Police Group.
(3) Base Cluster Defense Response Forces: Provided by the
BCOC.
(4) Tactical Combat Force: Ist Cavalry Division.
(5) Adjacent Bases/Facilities: 5th MASH, 2nd KASH, 86th Evac
Hospital, XVIII Corps.
(6) Host Nation: MODA Hospital, Northern Area Command
Hospital.
