             e. EHD 803d Medical Group will develop an area defense plan,
             establish alert procedures and identify and train a reaction
             force. Coordinate with adjacent units and host nation when
             planning defensive measures.

          B. Coordinating Instructions:

             (1) Base Reaction Forcest Enclosure 4

             (2) Base Cluster Reaction Force: Enclosure 5 (provided
                   by the 50 SPG)

             (3) Base Defense Response Forces: The 803d Medical Group will
             assist the BDRF by providing medical support and identifying rally
             points.

             (4) Tactical Combat Forces: Same as above.

             (5) Host Nation Support: Same as above.

          4. SERVICE SUPPORT:

             Class I - Subsistence: All units will have on hand a 3 day supply
             of water and rations for all personnel.

             Class 11 - Clothing, TA50, tools: All personnel will have CPOG and
             one complete change of clothing on hand at their place of duty.

             Class IV - Construction, barrier materiels: Defensive positions
             will be prepared using sand bags, sand barrels.

             Class VIII - Medical: TBD

             Host nation support engineer assets and base defense materials
          requests will be coordinated through the 803d Medical Group.
          Enclosure 6.

             A. Base Commander - Colonel Kennedy, Commander 803d Medical Group

             B. Base Cluster Commander - Colonel Van Meter, 4410 operational
