         SUBJECT: VII Corps MSC SITREP Issues (U)

                  (1)  @ The artillery of the Corps desperately needs
         more GPS and NVGS. (G4)

                  (2)        MLRS Class IX support is critically short,
         especially LRU and SRPPDS for MLRS. (G4)

                  (3)        Still short white bag 155mm propellant, but
         improving. (G4)

              F. (U) 2 ACR.

                  (1) (@ All UH-60s are operational; 6 cannot be flown
         for lack of aviators. (Gl)

                  (2)        Mail delivery is irregular, spotty. This is
         largest morale problem unit faces. (Gl)

                  (3)  @ Fan tower Class IX is causing a 25% NMC rate.
         Need assistance on A2 parts. (G4)

                  (4) TM     Some ASL containers located in Riyahd/KKMC:
         Urgently need transportation to push forward and alleviate
         shortages. (G4)

                  (5)        Experiencing problems with transportation of
         RTD SMS coming from FRG. (G4)

                  (6)        Critical MOS shortages: 3 12F20; 1 16SlO; 7
         54BlO; 6 67V2/3; 6 76V2/3; 10 76Y2/3; 21 91A/B2/4; 10 94B40. (Gl)

                  (7)        Critically short COMSEC/COMMO repair parts.
         Have not received any replacements to bench stock or repair
         modules. (G4)

                  (8)        Regiment's air ambulance support is
         unworkable; provides only six UH-is as support for 8000
         soldiers. (Corps Surg, G3)

                  (9)        The Regiment's six HETs are opcon to SUPCOM;
         these need to be returned for maintenance in anticipation of
         movement into attack positions. (G3)

                  (10) (@    PLL/ASL continue to be a problem for the FUCHS
         (Fox) NBC vehicles. (G4)
