         Should read:    c: (A new paragraph) :   TOE RC and AC Veterinary
         Corps units do not have dairy testing equipment authorized. ARCENT
         took immediate steps to obtain dairy testing equipment from TDA
         sources within Health Services Command. The equipment arrived in
         October 1990. Prior to arrival of equipment, dairy products were
         obtained from an approved source in Bahrain.

         Discussion:     Paragraph DISCUSSION b as reads implies that only RC
         units have no dairy testing equipment authorized. The problem is
         applicable to both active and RC veterinary units. Restating the
         comment makes RECOMMENDATION b more appropriate.
