                 h. Problems Requiring Corps Assistance:

                     (1) We have 2 bns with only one NBC ICE pack per
             soldier. We need to have at least '@ ICE packs per
             soldier.
                     (2) The convulsent Antidote for Nerve Agent has not been
             issued to this brigade. Request immediate issuance of this
             critical supply.
                     (3) Communication with Log Base E is in,-Adequate.

                     (4) Work an I CAV Div mission delays work on Corps
             priority construction missions.
                     (5) 1AD crossings of Tapline Road. The locations are
             still unknown. Crossings cannot be completed by 15 January as
             directed by Corps.
                     (6) We are F-rit-icaily short night vision devices -For
             combat engineers operating well forward with maneuver units.
             Same is true with LORAN devices. We support combat operations
             with maneuver units but are deficient in NVD and NAV systems.
                     (7) Distribution Priority is always to CAV and
             Divisions. Request look at task organization. Combat engineers
             operating forward with Cav or Division need some priority
             other-wise unbalances team.
                     (B% 9th and 317th Engr Bns have suspended construction
             with dozers since operating rate has dropped below 90%.
