           5. (u) OBSERVATION: How recreational/game kits should be issued.

           6. (u) DISCUSSION: There was a problem associated with how the
           above kits Would be issued, i.e. company or battalion level.
           This then resulted in some units purchasing their own equipment
           through unit -Funds or other sources of funding.

           7. (Lt) LESSON LEARNED: none

           S. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: that recreational/game kits be
           issued per company deploying and that these units be identified
           as early as possible to avoid all possible confusion.
