            2. (U) Operation DESERT SHIELD conducted by USCENTCOM on 02/04/91.

            3. (U) KEYWORDS: RWO (REAL WORLD OPS), USA (US ARMY), ACTIVE

            4. (U) TITLE: OPERATIONS: TRAINING: TROOP SCHOOLS


            S. (U) OBSERVATION: Schedule of classes conducted by the Troop
            School was affected by deployment and required revisions.

            6. (U) DISCUSSION: All Troop School classes were cancelled from
            20 Dec 90 until 28 Jan 91 when a revised schedule was
            implemented.

            7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Although the units had numerous
            cancellations prior to the shut down date, a few classes were
            still filled. This five to six week period was adequate for the
            Garrison employees, both military and civilian, to complete the
            major push of their support duties, regroup, and start looking
            at the needs of those le-Ft behind.
