          4. (U) TITLE: Operations: Use of DOL IMA as Liaison Between DOL
          and Mob Cell Reps

          5. (U) OBSERVATION: DOL activities are so diverse and involve
          so many players that sometimes you need to see three or four
          people to get the answer to one question and may end up with
          three or four different answers.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION-. DOL has an individual identified as the Mob
          Cell member and Mob POC, but he also has a "real world" job and
          hasn't the time to do the coordination needed to bring all the
          DOL activities into the mobili--atin net to facilitate answers
          involving schedules, equipment issues, etc., of mobilizing
          units.

          7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Mob Plans has designated a Logistics
          Action Officer to chase down log issues and coordinate with
          POC's in divisions of DOL.

          S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: DOL,. Use one of its IMA officer
          slats as a liaison officer between the mobilized RC units, DOL,
          and other installation activities with
                                                  a primary mission as
          coordinator/+acilitator of DOL mobilization functions.
