                          H) Class IV (Construction) :

                             1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up fran quarry vic
             NS4062. 155th EN OD (CS) is on site as augmentation.      416th INOOM and
             30th EN EN are working to identify potential aggregate sources in Corps
             Sectors.
                             2) Dust Palliative: 997 barrels (52,800 gallons) available
             at LOGBASE BRAVO; only 100 barrels issued to date. Contractor sti 11
             awaiting eqorty trailers. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000
             gallons) awarded. 280 barrels delivered on 23 Feb to Ash-,%iubah.
                             3) Crude oil: G4 POL, LIC Hodges, arranged meeting to
             discuss access to pipeline with an ARAMOD executive who is a retired U.S.
             Navy CDR who understands urgency. G4 POL contracted for 100,000 gal/day x
             10 days. Delivery #1 (BOX gal to XVIII ABN Coprs) - SOK arrived, Delivery
             #2 (BOK gal to VII Corps) - 56K arrived, Delivery #3 (48K gal to VII
             Corps) - erwoute, Delivery #4 (104K gal to XVIII ABN Corps) - departed
             241200 Feb and Delivery #5 (80-120K gal to VII Corps) - to depart 25 Feb.
             G4 POL omtracting for 40 crude oil trucks. Informed VII Corps of 210,000
             gal bladder at lDM3ASE BRAVO available for storage.
                             4) Airfield Matting: 445K sf, of AM and 500K sf of XM-19
             unloaded at Warehouse 15 at port.    VII Corps picked up two sets of Xt4-19;
             34 of 38 pallets delivered.    XVIII ABN Corps, CW2 Najera, PBO, 20th EN
             BDE, arranged pickup 18 Feb.    AM to be delivered to 165th S&S at IDGBASE
             BRAVO.
                             5) Saudi-,controlled Class IV at KKMC: CPT Marszalek and BG
             Schardein to travel to IWC to nia--t with LTC Assaf; departure TBD. Trip
             being Coordinated by 416th ENOCt4.
                             6) Harzard Marking Tape: ARCEUR is purchasing ed/white
             diagonal plastic tape on 25 Feb with a delivery of 26 Feb.
