                          A) itieater EPW Camps: Both BRONX and BROOKLYN are 98% complete
              and can handle 48,000 EPWs eadi. BRONX has force main work remaining; EM
              is 2 Mar. BROOKLYN has some collection, laundry, and shower, sump work
              remaining and BM is 7 Mar. EPWs can use interim slit trenches if
              necessary. Per G2 and DTA, present overall capacity is adequate.

                          B) Corps EPW Camps: Per Mff Sarigianis, XVIII ABN Corps has
              all materials.   VII Corps is apparently improvising for materials; MP
              BDE constructing camp has not requested materials through ARCENT.

                          C) Pipeline:

                             1) Phase I: Flowing; has too much water. Filtering and
              Fuel System Icing inhibitor will be used..
                             2) Phases II and III are complete.
                             3) Phase IV: no demand from LOM?ASES; will shut down to lay
              15 miles of rigid pipe; ECD is 5 Mar.
                             3) Phase V is 193M4 to IOGBASE ALPHA. 145KK layed, 144KK
              coupled, SSM aligned, tested and packed. Interim completion date is I
              Mar. The ships Robert E. Lee, 961@M and President Polk have arrived; 85
              miles of pipe awaitirg on dock for transportation. Pipeline unit does not
              have haul capability at present. Will set up temporary fill station at
              PS#7, 96]KM mark, while laying rigid pipe forward, then comeat to complete
              193]KM nm to LOGBASE A. Final BM is 10 Mar.

                          D) Patriot Power: DHAHRAN battery is hooked up to commercial
              power. U-MWM AB Battery Contractor left the Country. 535th EN DEr and
              SUPCON engineer working; no ECD. Transfornex being installed at i(nA
              site; BCD is 1 Mar. EM high voltage on or about 24 Feb at Riyadh AB, on
              fourth site.   Fixed generators. Contractors will deliver two
              generator/trailers on 2 Mar; remainder on 5 Mar. All 12 mobile generators
              and trailers are now in country.

                          E) ARCEU HQ Power: Transformer installed. 535th Ml DEr
              preparing bill of materials for emergency power plan. SCECO began work at
              School House on 18 Feb; EM is 28 Feb.    SCECO began site work on 201st NI
              Field Station on 18 Feb; EM is 28 Feb.

                          F) ESIW Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
              has been forwarded to 2nd ASB,

                          G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for commercial power connection
              has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                          H) CLass IV (Barrier):

                             1) Concertina: 13,500 rolls available at LOGBASE BRAVO;
              2,200 rolls available at 321st MMC at DAMMAN.
                             2) Pickets: 129,000 each, various sizes, available at
              IOGBASE BRAVO; 28,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st MMC.
                             3) Sandbags: 1,283,000(+) at 321st MMC and 3,900,000(+) at
              LCG3ASE BRAVO.
                             4) Saudi-,controlled Class IV at IqM: BG Schardein to meet
              with LTC Assaf.
