                          I) Class TV (Construction):

                             1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
              NS4062. 155th EN CO (CS) is on site as augmentation.    416th ENOOM arid
              30th EN BN are working to identify potential aggregate sources in Corps
             sectors.
                             2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
              at IOGBASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
              awarded. 280 of 2000 barrels delivered on 23 Feb to Ash-Shubah. CPT
              Alexander cheddxig delivery status.
                             3) Cnide Oil: Al--Qaymmah pump broken; ARMM repairing.
              No ECD. G4 POL working on second access point to line. Delivery #3 (48K
              gal to VII Corps) - lost?, Delivery #4 (120K gal to XVIII ABN Corps) -
              contract drivers delivered SOK to VII Corps the rest lost?; Delivery #5
              (48K gal to VII Corps) - diverted and arrived at XVIII AM Corps on 26
              Feb; Delivery #6 (48K gal to XVIII) - 16K arrived 27 Feb; remainder
              enroute; and Delivery #7 (120K gal to XVIII) - departed 27 Feb. Totals:
              544K sent, 1361< delivered to XVIII ABN Corps, 136K delivered to VII Corps,
              152K MUV.Xte, 120K urknown. Rental truck contract is OBE due to fast
              changing tactical situation.
                             4) Airfield Matting: VIT Corps picked up two sets of
              XK-19, but cannot find them at U)GBASE ECHO. LTC Carxlido is trying to
              locate. XVIII ABN Corps matting has been delivered to VIC I=ME
              A-MME. AM to be delivered to 165th S&S at LOGBASE BRAVO.
                             5) Harzard Marking Tape: Contractor delivered red/white
              diagonal plastic tape on 26 Feb to 416th INCCM; exwolrte to LOGRASE BRAVO.
                             6) Barbed Wire: RCC14 procuring 20,000 spools through Host
              Nation; delivery to start 28 Feb to WGRASE BRAVO. 14,000 each 1.7m rebar
              pickets delivered to Ipand Aircraft Parking at KM (C5A) - 70%
              complete
