                            M) Displaced citizen CaTrps: G4/aigineer Task Force on
              facility and logistics support for DCs in Iraq and Kuwait completed.
              OONPLAN Published and distributed. USAID shelter material for Dcs and
              EPWS being flown from Carp Darby, Italy on C-130S. riwo flights arrived
              DHAHRAN 26 Feb with 810 rolls. One flight with 190 rolls due 28 feb.
              Provided 22nd SUPCCM, ACSLOG, the allocation request.

                  B. EAC/416TH ENOOM: Engineer Status Report #59 28093OZ FEB 91 and
              Cmmkirder's SITREP #73 280930 FEB 91

                      A) CURRETU OPM@A=ONS: Range Road is Red. 43D EN BN continues
              to repair a sub-base failure; EM is 15 MAR to initial standards.        SE MSR
              Dodge is Amber. Traff ic diversion continues, one way from msR Dodge to
              Old Tapline Road between 0800 to 1700 hairs daily to permit required
              Shoulder repair. 213 of 224KK have been repaired. The unit will continue
              f inal iitprovemnts until 1 MAR, wet weather has continued to impede
              progress.    All other roads still green.     SWAPDOP - Pipeline project:
              Phase V 80% 169KM of rigid pipe has been installed. Miree hundred Hauls
              are the estimated requirement for this phase. Two-hunderd seventy-four
              hauls completed to date.      Fuel to Alpha by 1 MAR. Final rigid pipe
