               construction complete by 10 MR. BORM of rigid pipeline was successfully
               tested 26 FEB. Have installed 11 of 12 pump stations. Per Quartermaster,
               lay-flat pipe will riot be used. Quartermaster will construct a temporary
               fuel dispersing Station at PLUV Station #7 (96KM along the traoe) . Fuel
               will be transported to LOMME Alpha. EPW OMPOUNDS:       Eastern Site: Camp
               #1: 90% The fence enclosures for the cap are complete. Berming and
               sanitary lagoon are emplete. Currently have 25 tadexs, 127 latrines and
               120 showers. Additional requirements for EPW processing are underway.
               Camp #lA 87% 30 enclosures complete. 27 Scaffolding sets are needed at
               this site. The berm and sanitary lagoon are cmplete. Additional
               requirements for EPW processing are underway. western Site: #2 85%
               Engineer effort on site is complete. There are 22 towers, 320 latrines,
               and 135 showers on site. Digging slmips and '
                                                           improving roads continues.
               The sanitary lagoon is omplete. Additional rew=ereents for EPW
               processing are underway. #ZA 80% 100% of camp is bermed. The sanitary
               lagoon is complete. Additional requirements for Epw processing are
               underway-

                      F)   PROPOSED OPERATIONS: A new road status reporting system is
               being finalized. A qualitative MSR Report will be submitted daily to the
               ARCEM Engineer via 416th Engineer Status Report (per SOP). A
               quantitative MSR Report will be submitted weekly by separate
               correspondence.

                      1. VII CORPS/7'IH ENM BDE: Engineer Report #46 272400C FM 91

                           A) CLTDUM OPERAMONS: VII Corps Engineer continue to support:
               Offensive operations. Effort is concentrated in mobility for maneuver
               units and mirrtp@ and construction of critical MgRs and routes.
               Residual effort will be used to provide survivability for critical
               communications and Air Defense Units. Task organization has been changed
               to meet evolving situation.

                           B) ENGINEER ISSUES:

                             1. Engineer mnitions. miclic. Need Amcocm to approve and
               institutionalize the fixes. other units should not have to contnue
               experimentation.
