                             D) Patriot Power: DWUPM battery is hooked up to connercial
               Pmer. U"MM AB Battery Contractor left the country. 535th EN DEr and
               SUPOOM engineer working; no ECD. Transformer being imtalled at MA
               site; ECD is I Mar. Riyadh AB, on fourth site; project complete. FiXed
               generators. Contractors will deliver two generator/trailers on 2 Mar;
               reminder on 5 Mar. All 12 mobile generators and trailers are now in
               country.

                             E) ARCENT HQ Power: Transformer installed. 416th ENOa4
               promwing materials for emergency power plan and requesting cancellation
               of emergency back-up pro3ect. SCEOD began work at School House on 18 F@eb;
               ECD is 4 Mar.

                             F) EMW Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
               has been forwarded to 2nd ASB,

                             G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for commercial power connection
               has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                             H) CLass IV (Barrier):

                               1) Cr--x3ertina: 13,500 rolls available at L093ASE BRAVC);
               2,200 rolls available at 321st MC at DANM.
                               2) Pickets: 129,000 each, various sizes, available at
               LOGBASE BRAVO; 28,000 each, various sizes, are at 321st MMC.
                               3) Sandbags: 1,283,000(+) at 321st MM and 3,900,000(+) at
               IOGBASE BRAW.
                               4) Saudi-controlled Class IV at KM: BG Sdiardein to meet
               with LTC Assaf.

                             I) Class IV (Construction):

                               1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
               NS4062. 155th EN 00 (CS) is on site as augmentation.
                               2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
               at LOGBASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
               awarded. 1874 of 2000 barrels delivered as of 27 Feb to Ash-Shubah. 4126
               barrels to be split between LOGBASES BRAVO and ECHO. Remaining 3000
               barrels and bulk issue option on hold, but available if needed.
                               3) Crude oil: Al-QaysLunah pmp broken; ARAMCO repairing.
               No ECD. Second access point to line will take two weeks to construct; do
               not anticipate urgent need then. Delivery #3 (48K gal to VII Corps) -
               lost?, Delivery #4 (120K gal to XVIII ABN Corps) - contract drivers
               delivered 80K to VII Corps the rest lost?; Delivery #5 (48K gal to VII
               Corps) - diverted arxi arrived at XVIII AEN Corps on 26 F@eb; Delivery #6
               (48K gal to XVIII) - 16K arrived 27 Feb, 16K arrived 28 Feb, remainder
               emoute; and Delivery #7 (120K gal to XVIII) - departed 27 Feb. Totals:
               544K sent, 136K delivered to XVIII @,M Corps, 136K delivered to VII Corps,
               152K erwoute, 120K unknown. Both corps indicate continuing need for crude
               oil.
                               4) Airfield matting: VII Corps picked up two sets of
               XK-19, but cannot find 19 truck loads. LTC Camlido and (-V4 Hof firan, 800th
               M4C, are trying to locate. XVIII ABN Corps mattuig has been delivered to
               Vic LOGBASE CHARLIE. AN2 Will be Stored at Warehouse 15 at port.
