              Liaison Officers with the CPOCs of XVIII and VII Corps and the
              3rd Per Grp (SUPCOM).

                           (e) (U) Develop, integrate and manage the P&A
              requirements of other service components, as they relate to the
              sustainment of Army forces/personnel within those commands.

                           (f) (Ul Act as Casualty Area Command for DESERT
              SHIELD for Army forces.

                           (a) (U) Provide DS military personnel services
              operations to include, but not limited to: strength management
              and reporting, personnel accounting, information, and data base
              management, postal operations, casualty management and
              operations, for EAC units upon the stand up of the 3rd Per Grp.

                           (b) (U) Provide MWR services to EAC forces.

                           (c) (U) Appoint a civilian personnel program
              officer to serve as SUPCOM (Prov) POC to the theater civilian
              personnel management program.
                           (dfU"   Provide or coordinate with XVIII and VII
              Corps for PSS to'Corps elements operating within the SUPCOM
              areas of responsibility.

                           (e) (U) Be prepared to exchange a personnel Liaison
              officer with ARCENT PERSCOM (Prov).

                      (4) (U) Commanders, XVIII ABN Corps and VII Corps.

                           (a) (U) Provide DS military personnel services
              operations to Corps forces. VII Corps to receive DS support
              from ARCENT PERSCOM (Prov) until such time as the Corps is
              prepared to conduct autonomous DS operations.

                           (b) (U) Appoint a civilian personnel program
              officer to serve as Corps POC to the theater civilian personnel
              management program.

                           (c) (U) Coordinate with ARCENT PERSCOM (Prov) for
              GS requirements.

                           (d) (U) Provide or coordinate with ARCENT SUPCOM
              (Prov), for PSS to EAC elements operating within Corps AOs.

                           (e) (U) Be prepared to exchange a personnel Liaison
              Officer with ARCENT PERSCOM (Prov).
