2 TAC element produced a daily INTSUM for the BDE Forward element,
subordinate Bnls, rear detachment, Fort Bliss G-2, and the 32d
       ADACOi4.

           3. REDEPLOYMENT

            a. The S-2 TAC element transitioned from war to redeployment
operations after the air and ground offensive objectives had been
net. The requirement of three S-2 elements dropped to two; one at
the Rear, Ft. Bliss and the second one at KKMC.

            b. The redeployment of S-2 personnel started on 8 March with
the Asst. S-2 and NCO Intel Analyst. Their mission was to re-
establish the arms rooms, and establish procedures for
safeguarding classified material returning from Saudi Arabia. The
remaining intel personnel redeployed in two other movements. The
move from KKMC back to Dhahran required the monitoring of the rear
area threat i.e. terrorism to U.S. personnel in Saudi Arabia and
the withdrawl of the Iraqi forces. Procedures were established,
disseminated, and monitored on the enemy captured equipment
       returning to Fort Bliss.
