       4.  (U) Title: Bde S2 TBM Overlays

       5.  (U) Observation: The Bde S2 prepared and continually updated
       the enemy tactical ballistic missile (TBM) threat.

       6.  (U) Discussion: The Bde S2 prepared a TBM (Scud) overlay to
       graphically display all of the enemy fixed sites. This product
       was prepared prior to deployment and updated during operations.
       The overlay was a helpful tool in analyzing the trends and
       patterns of TBM firings.

       7. (U) Lesson Learned. The overlay was a good analytical tool
       in tracking the TBM threat.
       S. (U) Recommended Actions: The Bde S2 prepare a TBM overlay
       prior to and during an operation. The overlay must be updated as
       information becomes available.
