         Management division) j, office of The Chief of Chaplains or Office of
         The Judge Advocate General, as appropriate.

         "COMMNDED CHANGE TO BRANCH 63 (ARMY DENTAL 00"S). The Academy
         of Health Science has submitted a proposal to revise the Army
         Dental Corps (Branch 63) to create a Medical Grade Table,,
         standardize the branch and AOC grading of positions and unique duty
         position titles. Currently the proposal is under review prior to
         staffing with the appropriate Army Staff Agencies and MACOMs for
         comment/concurrence.

         THE "All PROFICIENCY DESIGNATOR SELECTION BOAM. The Dental Corps
         is scheduled to convene a board during 3rd Qtr PY 91, to consider
         candidates nominated for the award of the %'All Proficiency
         Designator. Nominations will be forwarded to the Surgeon General
         for approval.

         Nominating Procedures:
         Corps chiefs, Consultants, Chiefs of Assignment Branches, Health
         Services Divisiont TAPC and Commanders may nominate individuals for
         consideration by the board. Nominations will be forwarded to
         Office of the Chief, U.B. Army Dental Corps, HQsp Dept of the Army,
         ATTN: DASG-DC, Bldg SI Rm 629, 5109 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church,
         Va 22041-3258. Nominations should be received NLT IS May 91.

         289-0031.

         Nominations for members of the Reserve Components, not on active
         duty will be forwarded to the Reserve Component Coordination Office
         (RCCO) I (office of the Surgeon General,, ATTN: I)ASG-ECRj, 5109 '
         Leesburg Pike, Falls Churchp Va 22041-3258), for consolidation and
         presentation to the Chief Dental Corps for consideration. Members
         Of the U.S. Army Reserve should forward their nominations through
         Commander, ARPERCEN, ATTNT DARP-OPS, 9700 Page Boulevard, St.
         Louis, HO 63132-5260 to RICCO. Members of the Army National Guard
         should forward their nomination through their State Adjutant
         General and The Chief, National Guard Bureau, ATTN: NGB-ARS,
         Washington, DC 20310-2300 to RCCO. Reserve component nominations
         should be forwarded so as to arrive at DASG NLT 15 May 91.
