While there existed a good cooperative level between officer and
enlisted, some problems did surface and were related to adequacy of
Mos, would have resolved
communication and management skills. I
favorably with additional time aid practice. Many quality
BCLS recertification was valuable
and timely and demonstrated our need to have this valuable
equipment available when deployed. Provision of training for night
shift staff remain difficult if not impossible.
8. SOCIAL ISSUES
Clubs, theater, library and other facilities were appreciated and
valuable. There exists some desire for an all hands club which
might be possible on a longer deployment. Liberty restriction were
generally acceptable when related to security issues . Improvement
in quality of food was noted and appreciated. Suggestion was made
that a retention team concept might help improve morale.
