          31 - First Protestant New Years Eve service is conducted.

          31 - The hospitals Navy exchange served 3,469 customers and
               grossed $38,191.00 in sales in the month of December. The
               barber shop served 609 customers in the month of December.
               Laundry processed 1,350 of ward linen.
          31 - Materials Division completed the most significant doliv
               of material since September 1990. Received a total of 232
               pallets of material from MEDSOM, NCS Norfolk, USS Niagara
               Falls (AFS 3) and open purchase. Total line item count
               received was 400 at an approximate value of one million
               dollars.

          31 - A total of 5,064 prescriptions were filled for the month of
               December.

          31 - For the month of December, the SeaBees received 40 work
               requests, of which 32 were completed. 274 emergency work
               requests were received of which 271 were completed.

          31 - Conducted 179 helicopter landings for the month of December.

          January 1991

          3 -  New food service equipment arrived allowing more A rations
               to be added to the menu. A 21 day cycle is implemented.

          3 -  First GYN case was performed, marsupialization of right
               labial cyst.
          3 -  First amputation, left foot, irrigation and debridement was
               performed.
          4 -  Mobile food carts are procured from the Marine Corps
               hospital to serve nonambulatory patients on the wards.
          5 -  The 3,000th radiology patient was examined, C, T, L spines
               and shoulder performed by HM3 Jose Rodriguez.

          6 -  The first cervical case was performed on stryker frame.
               Decompression of spinal cord, right C5 with wire fixation,
               bone graft fusion C3-C6.
