         Industrial Capability to Produce Anthrax and Botulinum Toxin
         Vaccines


         active forces and the induction rate so that a potential number
         for total force vaccination can be obtained     Dr. Brandt will
         continue with his market survey as to potential vaccine
         producers. LTC McKee Will prepare a list of all potential
         biological threat agents anticipated over the next five years and
         that list will be used for long-range planning. Colonel McCarty
         will ask USAMRICD and WRAIR for any vaccines they currently have
         in research that may be used against any chemical agent and the
         physiological active compound (PAC). Colonel McCarty will task
         LTC Parry to make arrangements for the meeting in Michigan to
         include meeting site and invitational travel orders.    It was
         decided by the attendees that we should invite a member of the
         FDAL CDC, and a scientist from the England labs to the Michigan
         meeting.  LTC McKee was tasked by Dr. Collis @o look at the
         potential use of anthrax antisera,
         10. (U)   The next meeting of the Task Force is scheduled for
         18 Oct 90 at 0900 hours in the Commander's Conference Room.
